TheFoodLab Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing TheFoodLab, your booking is confirmed once payment is received. You will be sent a confirmation email, please check the details and contact email@example.com if there are any issues.
Cancellation/Changes by a Customer
You may cancel or change the date for a booked class by giving at least ten days notice. Within this ten day period no refunds or changes can be made, but you may elect to send someone else in your place, please advise in writing if this is the case.
Cancellation/Changes by TheFoodLab
Cookery Courses will run with a minimum of two people and Demo/Taster/Guest Chef Events will run with a minimum of four people. If a course/event does not run due to low numbers, or for any other reason, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative date, or a full refund. The exact content of any course may vary due to seasonal or other supply reasons.
It is important that you inform us of any dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of booking.
Taking Food Home
For some of the courses you will have the option to take home some of the food you have prepared or cooked. TheFoodLab will provide you with containers to do this, but cannot accept any responsibility for food once it has left the premises.
