Who We Are
Classes, taster sessions and events are delivered by myself, where I will be combining my passion for food and cooking with twenty years experience of teaching Chemistry. There is an emphasis on understanding the process and science behind delicious food, rather than simply following a recipe and wondering why it didn’t quite work!
Classes are bookable for between 2-4 people, and taster/demo sessions for between 4-6 people. Private Chef events can be booked for between 4-12 people and Deep South BBQ or Gourmet Buffet can cater for up to 60 people.
The classes and taster sessions are held in a purpose built and fully equipped kitchen in the basement of our house on Goulden Road. Classes will be for a maximum of four people, creating an intimate and focused learning environment which I can tailor to individual needs. Demo and Taster Sessions are for a maximum of six people and promise to educate as well as indulge!
Burton Road Metro stop is a few minutes walk away and there are several bus routes along Burton and Palatine Roads either end of Goulden Road. Parking on Goulden Road is free.
