I have listed some menu options on this page, but will be very happy to discuss your needs and deliver a bespoke menu based on your exact requirements.

Joint of aged sirloin, thinly sliced and served rare with creamed horseradish.


Cherry wood smoked duck breast served with a spiced blueberry chutney.


Honey, soy and chilli glazed tiger prawns.
