7 Course Taster Menu
This course will teach you to be a Masterchef in your own kitchen. Wow your guests with some fine dining menus that will truly inspire and entertain. With some forward planning and a few chef secrets, its not as difficult as you might imagine to create a fine-dining experience in your own home. The cost is £78 per person and the course is bookable for between 2-4 people.
Some typical dishes:
Slow braised Ox cheeks with creamy mash and crispy scallions.
Pan seared scallop with cauliflower three ways, pea and mint puree and crisped Serrano ham.
Lime and mango sorbet.
